How to order delft tiles

Special temporary note at 21 June 2021
We have recently experienced a high demand for our tiles and whilst this is good on the one hand it does also mean that our delivery schedule for orders is currently much longer than usual.
Because each of our tiles is painted by hand it is simply not possible to increase the supply of finished tiles and as a consequence it is difficult at present to give clients a reliable estimate of when new orders will be completed.

We have therefore reluctantly decided not to accept new orders for the time being.

If your project is flexible on timescales we would love to hear from you. Please send us a message using the contact form with a very brief outline of your project and we will get back to you as soon as we are able to restart accepting new orders.
Thank you.

You can place an order by telephone, email or post. If you are ordering tiles from our Delft Collections then each tile has a reference (eg BFlower6) and you can use this to help compile your order. Alternatively you can download our catalogues which show all the tiles from the Delft Collections together with their references.

Once we receive your order we will confirm the total price, including carriage, and the estimated delivery time which will depend upon the size of your order and the existing work schedule in our studio. We will then check this is all acceptable to you.

Once your tiles are ready we will contact you to agree a delivery date (we will need somebody to be available at the delivery address to receive the tiles) and ask for payment either by bank transfer (eg internet banking), credit/debit card (we accept all major credit and debit cards) or cheque. If you choose to pay by cheque we will need to allow several days for the payment to clear before the tiles are dispatched.

If you wish to order some bespoke tiles or a tile panel please contact using our enquiry form so that we can discuss your requirements. Once the details of your project have been agreed between us we will send you a confirmation of your order setting out the tiles, price and expected delivery date. Because these bespoke tiles will be made specifically for you we will ask for payment when you confirm the order and before starting work.

Above all we want the whole experience of you choosing and owning our delft tiles to be an enjoyable experience so if at any stage there is anything you wish to discuss please do get in touch.
